This is an ongoing hazard and is dangerous for drivers who enter or leave the estate correctly. 2. Effective measures such as signage and parking restrictions to denote the emergency access route from Brier Road, which is often obstructed. 3. Removal of infill block paving and re-instatement of raised kerb at the entry pinch point to the development. 4. The re-appraisal of measures to restrict parking on footpaths and consideration of additional traffic calming measures. 5. Restriction of access for motorcycles on the footpath from the A2.
